Geordie and I have both just completed our Master Technician Top-Up qualifications through Technical topics IMI (Institute of the Motor Industry). That’s the industry-recognised standard for technical excellence, and it requires constant revalidation to maintain.

We’ve also got Steven starting his Diagnostic Technician qualification. We’re building a team where everyone is trained to the highest standard—but without the dealership price tag or the dealership pressure to upsell.
